There are very few moments in my life which I have enjoyed opening the mail. Today was one of them, I almost cried. My very first beaded art piece, Obama, My Hope, is in Winter Park Florida for a wonderful show and I was sent this congressional recognition "Keeping, Hope, Alive, Though, Art".

Congressional Recognition

More exciting news
Art for Obama: Designing Manifest Hope and the Campaign for Change book has been published and will shortly be in book stores. My first publication in a book with my first beaded portrait, Obama "My Hope" which was one of the 30 finalists in the moveon.org contest. Time for Champagne!
